Athens Consulting and team got together in Helen, Georgia to celebrate their growth through relaxation, networking, new clients and meetings.For Fun and Networking: The team was able to attend the longest running Oktoberfest in the United States to get in a touch of German Culture. It proved to be a great function in order to get to know your colleagues outside of the office.Future Endeavors: In addition to Oktoberfest the team went over new goals for the future. These goals included a laundry list of Fortune 500 clients, new campaigns and new markets. Since our team has afforded us explosive growth, it was important for everyone to be a the same location to work with each other and our clients in order to keep this growth going, accumulate new goals for the upcoming year and how to accomplish them.Meetings: Athens Consulting conducted a situational leadership seminar for the team in order to put perspective in reaching our goals and managing effectively. This will also help Athens Consulting’s team members to replicate this to future employees and keep the success rolling.This weekend proved to be successful and enjoyable for Athens Consulting. This is an annual event and will take place again next year when we have even more team members, locations and clients!
